Avoid Canton, Georgia's Bray and Johnson Law Firm

I tried to retain them and got totally ignored, read all about it and use the information to consider if you really want to use this firm.

After having sent a copy of my review with link to several email addresses the firm has I finally got a short reply from an attorney DeBond wherein he said the firm could not help due to a conflict of interest.  Obviously they could have said this 2 1/2 weeks sooner and avoided the negative post, but for some reason they decided to ignore me twice. 

I did contact our local Congressman Mr. Barry Loudermilk and his staff made inquiries 'higher up' they said and the funds were returned with no delay, getting to me Monday 4/8/19 and the $ is now deposited in a financial institution 2 blocks from that stupid Canton Sun Trust Bank.  Watch out for this Sun Trust bunch!

I was considering hiring a law firm to take up an issue with a bank and I got a recommendation for using Bray and Johnson, one of the larger firms in Canton, Ga.

On 3/12/19 I used their posted email contact to send an inquiry on the price of a 'lawyers letter'.  This was sent to a V. Irwin virwin@brayandjohnson.com.

I got no reply and put in a complaint with the named partner Mr. Bray, again via email to his address as listed on their web site.  I attached a copy of my original inquiry to V Irwin and asked why I could not get a contact from them about possible representation.

Again, I got no reply from Mr. Bray.

It is both annoying and bad manners not to at least get a reply to my initial inquiry and later my complaint to Mr. Bray.

I would NOT recommend using this firm to anyone who needs legal assistance.

Email and Letter to firm - Both Ignored!

It is as they say 'a free country' and this or any legal firm can take or reject any case (unless court appointed).

My complaint is not that they did not want the matter of writing an 'attorney letter', it is that I was in the midst of an ongoing dispute with a major bank which would not return calls/correspondence and I needed legal assistance.

If Bray and Johnson didn't want to take up the matter, that was fine, but ignoring the initial inquiry then the complaint about the lack of a reply, that was not 'fine'.  It is simply bad manners and no way to run any business.

This, and other blog sites, simply point out to readers and potential clients of B&J that I could not get a reply from them until I posted a negative review on Yelp.com.

If any reader or potential client of B&J reads this they may wonder if engaging this firm for their own matters will also receive poor service as I did.  If you read this and then hire them and get less than adequate service then you can't bitch and moan that you were not forewarned.

Hire them or don't, just do not say you didn't know that they had issues with at least this potential client.

Don't trust in these lawyers. They were arrogant, untrustworthy, disorganized, and lacked legal knowledge. They are only interested in your money, not justice. They have great marketing but are nothing like their boasting!
